They minister to the needs of all people from all walks of life regardless of age, race, gender or economic background.

- Transitional Housing & Warming Center - Some of the services provided are:
- Emergency/Warming shelter
- Food Pantry
- Life Skills Training
- Housing Placement Assistance
- OHOP (Oaks House of Prayer) Cafe - provides free lunch to the hungry; Cafe has access to free Wi-Fi and computer services
