3rd Quarter Awardee:  Oaks of Righteousness

Started in April 2012, The Oaks of Righteousness is a ministry of hope and reconciliation. Their vision is to bring hope and restoration to individuals, families in Monroe community and beyond. They minister to the needs of all people from all walks of life regardless of age, race, gender or economic background.
  • Transitional Housing & Warming Center - Some of the services provided are:
    • Emergency/Warming shelter 
    • Food Pantry
    • Life Skills Training
    • Housing Placement Assistance
  • OHOP (Oaks House of Prayer) Cafe - provides free lunch to the hungry; Cafe has access to free Wi-Fi and computer services
